Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 - Exclusion of Press and Public It is considered that the Committee would be unlikely to exclude the press and public during consideration of any of the items on the agenda, but if it should wish to do so, the following resolution should be passed:-
RECOMMENDED that, under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the consideration of the particular item(s) on the grounds that it (they) involve(s) the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in the relevant paragraphs of Part 1, Schedule 12A of the Act

Results of Consultation on Public Toilets PDF 654 KB Minute No. 45 of the Executive of 9 April 2019, on the Results of Consultation on Public Toilets was called in by seven Scrutiny Members in accordance with Standing Order No. 17, the report having been considered at Executive on 9 April 2019.
The report was considered at a Special meeting of the Place Scrutiny Committee on 26 April 2019 and the results of that meeting will be reported to Executive.
