Minutes:

The Chair introduced the Members of the Sub-Committee together with the Solicitor, the Senior Licensing Officer and the Democratic Services Officer.

The Solicitor stated that the application submitted for the variation of the premises licence failed to address the removal of a condition which was fundamental to the variation being sought. The applicant therefore agreed to withdraw its application and to submit a new application to clearly detail their intentions following a pre-application discussion with the Licensing Authority and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary.

Neythan Hayes confirmed the application was withdrawn.

RESOLVED that the application be withdrawn.
