Monitors central and corporate services and
the overall financial performance of the Council. It advises Executive on staffing issues including
industrial relations, health and safety and equalities and ICT. At
the request of the Council or Executive, it considers such papers
or issues that are to be presented to the Executive in order that
the views of the committee are available to the council or
Executive in making its decision.
