To review the implementation of existing policies and to consider the scope for new policies with regard to all aspects of the Council’s functions concerning economic activity and tourism, culture, leisure, waterways, Markets, RAMM, planning, sustainable development, transport, the environment, health and wellbeing, licensing and community safety.
