In accordance with Financial Regulation 21, to instruct a company to place orders for works required at a set location to secure a start on site 3^rd December 2018. The costs for these works are intended to be paid for Exeter City Living Ltd as part of the main contract due to be signed before the close of play 28^th November 2018.

To seek the agreement of the Portfolio Holder to exercise the delegated authority set out in the minutes of the Executive Meeting held on the 4 July 2006 and to sell the property and reinvest the proceeds into purchasing another property in accordance with the terms of the Asset Management Strategy.
