To improve the exchange of information of the Countess Wear Sewage Treatment Works operated by South West Water and the carrying out of works to improve odour control.  Reports upon instances of complaints arising from odours from works and makes suggestions for the improvement of the environmental conditions relevant to the operations of the works.
