Purpose:


This policy has been drawn up to meet the requirements set out by the Housing Ombudsman and to co-ordinate our housing services to ensure that we address the issues of varying types of vulnerability amongst our tenants and leaseholders.

This is the introduction of a new policy it requires Council approval
