Minutes:
The Chair introduced the Members of the Licensing Sub-Committee together with the Legal Advisor, Apprentice Solicitor, Principal Licensing Officer, Licensing Officer, and Democratic Services Officer. The Legal Advisor set out the hearing procedure and the Applicant, who was in attendance, agreed that the procedure was understood.
The Chair invited both the Applicant and the Respondent to make representations for the exclusion of the press and public for the purpose of showing CCTV evidence.
The Chair adjourned the meeting to discuss the points made.

The Chair advised that the CCTV would be shown with the press and public for reasons set out in the Determination Notice.
The Principal Licensing Officer presented the application to determine a review of the premises licence of Timepiece Nightclub, Little Castle Street, Exeter, EX4 3PX, as set out in the report.
It was confirmed that 5 presentations were received within the statutory representation period. The representations were listed in appendices to the report.
It was confirmed that the application was advertised on the Premises in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, with the last date for representations being 20 October 2025.
The Applicant spoke in support of their application and responded to questions from Members and the Legal Officers.
The Applicant proposed conditions they believed should be added to the licence.

Devon and Cornwall Police as a Responsible Authority made representations.
