That:-
(1) the contract be awarded jointly with Mid Devon District Council for supply and maintenance of vehicles to Supplier C with effect from 1 June 2019 for a term of seven years with an option for a seven year extension; and
(2) the Cleansing and Fleet Manager to explore further opportunities for joint working for Fleet Management.
