The Digital Customer Strategy was adopted by the council in December 2023, this update to members shows the progress made to enhance customer service through digital transformation. The strategy is vital for delivering customer-focused services, emphasising the importance of a culture of excellent customer and digital service, digital equality, and efficient processes.
