The Topsham Mooring Owners Association is a non-profit making organisation whose Membership comprises paid up owners of Registered Moorings in the areas covered by the Lease.

The Lease of the Association is held by four Trustees of the Association who are appointed in accordance with Clause 7(a) of the Constitution.  The Committee of the Association shall be elected in accordance with Clauses 4(a) and 4(b) of the Constitution.
